That is the only way I can describe going through 24 or so hours of the worst muscle tension and head ache I have ever had. Seems like no matter what I (or hubby did) the pain and tension just would not let up. Finally after 3 doses of advil, some of that miracle blue ointment and naps things started to turn around.
This morning I am feeling better. Sleep wasn't all that good though. Woke up a couple of times because my neck muscles obviously thought I had been in the same position for too long and the last time I woke up a certain orange and fuzzy member of the household thought it was time. It wasn't even 7am yet. Guess it thought I had relaxed enough yesterday.
No real plans for today other than some minor running around town to do stuff we did not get done yesterday.
Turns out if I crosspost to Vox it doesn't post what is in the extended field. Of course I haven't tried Arvinds plugin yet, so it migh be diffrent. Kinda a nice way to show people the world outside Vox :)
The world is round and the place which may seem like the end may also be only the beginning.

May it be an evening star
Shines down upon you
May it be when darkness falls
Your heart will be true
You walk a lonely road
Oh! How far you are from home
To chase the reasons we are stranded one by one
What did we expect to find here?
What did we expect to find?
Ragged strands of freedom we trust to the forces
That move us along
Revealing the time of wild growing fears
Of restless made rhyme of innocent years
For you there'll be no crying
For you the sun will be shining
Cause I feel that when I'm with you
It's alright, I know it's right

I think I would prefer to use anything but spam in this recipe. Either cubed turkey, chicken or ham sounds pretty good.
Wondering if this is going to be an actual holiday weekend for us, or if he is going to work some or all of the overtime he was offered last night. 8 hours each for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. He says he is not going to, but if things goes as usual he'll probably work some if weather turns bad.
Probably would not care quite as much if I had the means of getting around on my own, but since that still haven't happened after 10 years in the states I doubt it'll happen anytime soon if at all.
*sigh*
Not in the best of moods right now. Lots of things are frustrating me.
Probably ribbon from the $1 bins at Michaels. Specially considering I've already got more ribbon than I probably know what to do with. But ribbon is like crack. I hear it call my name every time I enter a store where I'd expect to find such things. Specially stores where I know such things can be gotten cheap. In my defense though, I've got very few (if any) spools of ribbon I've paid full price for.
The one day where I was so durn close being able to actually sleep until the alarm goes off, I get woken up by the bleeping phone 45 minutes early. Of course no one was at the other end when I picked it up. Whoever it was deserves a good deal of karma coming their way.
